A Message from the Founder
Japanese professionals who challenge the global stage are not rare. Yet many of them fight alone — through trial and error, repeating the same mistakes.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with entrepreneurs and business leaders both in Japan and overseas. What struck me most was this reality:
The connections that truly matter are surprisingly scarce.
Relationships that end with business cards. Rooms full of information, but no one who can decide. Discussions led by impressive titles, yet disconnected from the field.
To grow a business globally, what we need is not ideas that sound right, but partners who can actually move.
So we decided to build it ourselves. That is how the World Business Japanese Association was born.
